Key Differences from Previous Models
-
Enclosed Back: Unlike the AK5 and older models, the AK6 has an enclosed rear. This means you can toe the speakers in or move them slightly away from the corner without losing the "horn loading" for the bass.
-
Neodymium Tweeter: The K-771 tweeter uses a neodymium magnet, which improves high-frequency detail and smoothness compared to the older Alnico or Ferrite versions.
-
Internal Wiring: Features AudioQuest Type 4 internal cabling with Star-Quad geometry.
