Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Acoustipower. We are committed to delivering your curated audio products and services in a timely and secure manner. As a Shopify-powered store, we utilize trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your order reaches you efficiently.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package meets our quality standards.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to longer transit times and potential customs delays.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

While we strive to deliver everywhere, some of our carrier partners have limitations regarding P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to the address provided, our customer support team will contact you via info@acoustipower.com to arrange an alternative.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@acoustipower.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Acoustipower is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Issues

Acoustipower is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value your experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team or the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

For information regarding returns, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. As noted in our Privacy Policy, we process your personal information (name, shipping address, and transaction details) to facilitate these services and provide a seamless exchange experience.
